Transneft says oil pumping to rise to 38.08 mln tns in July

MOSCOW, Jul 1 (PRIME) -- Oil pumping via the pipeline system of Russia’s Transneft will rise to 38.08 million tonnes in July after rising by 8.8% on the year to 37.58 million tonnes in June, , the company’s press secretary Igor Dyomin told reporters on Thursday.

Pumping of Russian oil through the oil pipeline monopoly’s system went up by 10.3% to 36.034 million tonnes in June and will amount to 36.73 million tonnes in July, he said.

Export pumping of Russian oil by Transneft increased by 6.3% on the year to 15.71 million tonnes in the June, but may fall to 15.55 million tonnes in July.

Exports to China through the East Siberia–Pacific Ocean pipeline and through Kazakhstan went down by 7.5% to 3.13 million tonnes in June, while exports via the Druzhba pipeline fell by 25.9% to 2.78 million tonnes. In July, exports through the pipelines should amount to 3.33 million tonnes and 3.54 million tonnes, respectively.

Exports of oil through the ports rose by 29.4% to 10.88 million tonnes in June, and will contract to 9.16 million tonnes in July.

Pumping of oil to the Russian refineries increased 9.9% to 19.64 million tonnes in June. In July it will amount to 20.56 million tonnes, Dyomin said.
